MANAGEMENT


The Central Mortgage office, is under the direction of our Broker & Manager, Paul Ouellette CRF. With a career spanning over 25 years and designations from the Real Estate Institute of Canada (among others), Mr. Ouellette is one of the areas foremost lending professionals.

Paul Ouellette began a career in lending in 1975, and continues to this day as the Broker and Manager of Central Mortgage Associates Inc.

Having become established through service with Associates Finance, The Royal Bank of Canada, and National Trust, Mr. Ouellette was also the Business Manager (Financing) of Lakeview Marine and Sports, prior to his entry into the Mortgage Brokerage Profession in 1989.

In 1990 Mr. Ouellette fulfilled the requirements of the Province of Ontario under the Mortgage Brokers Act and has continued his practice as a Broker since that time through the CMA office in Windsor.

In May 1991 the Society of Mortgage finance of Canada designated Mr. Ouellette a Professional Councillor of Mortgage Finance (PMF), and the Real Estate Institute of Canada recognized him as Certified in Real Estate Finance (CRF) in March 1994.

Mr. Ouellette has held membership in the Ontario Mortgage Brokers Association (OMBA) and also the Canadian Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders (CIMBL).

He is presently a member of the Independent Mortgage Brokers Association of Ontario (IMBA).
